Pavan Architects Inc. began as Roger A. Pavan, Architect in 1997. The principal of the firm has over thirty six years experience working in varying capacities with other firms in Canada and Italy. Projects include institutional, industrial, commercial, urban design, exhibitions, educational, recreational, feasibility studies, competitions and residential buildings. Sizes of projects can range from 100 SF residential additions to 500,000 SF industrial buildings and in value from $30,000 to $12.0 Mil.

The firm offers a full range of architectural and planning services based on individual client needs. Since the principal of the firm is involved in all aspects of a project, from initial concepts through to building sign off, our clients receive the quality, personal service they deserve. Our commitment to imaginative design, practical construction detailing and strict attention to construction costs, ensures that our clients’ requirements are fulfilled, with a better built project and building longevity.

Pavan Architects Inc. can recommend structural, mechanical and electrical consulting engineers that the firm has experience working with or can work with client preferred consultants. Recommendations for specialty consultants such as geotechnical engineers can also be made as necessary.
